In today’s modern world it can often feel difficult to dedicate time to ourselves and replenishing our spiritual, mental, and emotional needs. Here at The Healers’ Dance, we operate weekly classes focused on a range of topics ranging from self-empowerment to Spiritual healing and everything in between.
Ran by Margot Ussher BAHCAP, BSc Mgmt, MBS, H.Dip.Ed., DTR, The Healers’ Dance creates a safe, enjoyable, non-judgemental, and healing space where personal growth and development is at the heart of all things. Chair Yoga with Patricia O’Connor
Mondays 11am – 12pm
Chair Yoga offers all the benefits of traditional yoga without the need to get down on the floor. Perfect for all ages and abilities, this class focuses on stretching, balance, and mindfulness while using a chair for support. Breathe, move, and find your calm right from your chair.
Pilates with Simone
Tuesdays 7pm – 8pm
Build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility with our energizing Pilates sessions. Focusing on core stability and mindful movement, this low-impact workout helps you tone, align, and move with greater ease perfect for all fitness levels.
Meditation with Catherine Cunningham
Wednesdays 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Find stillness and clarity through guided meditation. This calming practice helps reduce stress, improve focus, and bring balance to your mind, body & spirit.
Pilates with Tracy
Thursday Evenings 6pm – 7pm & Friday Mornings 9:45am – 10:45am
Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness with Pilates. Focusing on core stability and mindful movement, this low-impact workout helps you tone, align, and move with greater ease perfect for all fitness levels.
Yin Yoga with Colette Ruadh
Saturday Mornings 10am – 11am
Yin Yoga is a slow, calming practice that focuses on deep stretching and stillness. Poses are held for several minutes to gently target the connective tissues and joints helping to release tension and improve flexibility. It’s a meditative experience that encourages relaxation, balance, and inner peace.
Restorative Yoga with Niamh Allen
Sunday Evenings 6pm – 7pm
Restorative Yoga is a nurturing practice that invites deep rest and healing for the body, mind, and spirit. Gentle poses that release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic balance. This soothing experience encourages stillness and calm.
